Operator and scope

This policy applies to the Destiny Vector website, operated by an independent developer. Contact [email protected] for privacy matters. Updated: October 28, 2026.

02

Information you provide

Charting involves birth date, time, gender, city, coordinates and time zone, plus an optional name or nickname. Relationship analysis involves two people’s details. Your browser may store profiles, charts and reports to restore your work. The planned assistant will also process submitted questions and relevant conversation context. Do not submit unnecessary identity documents, payment-card details or medical records. Obtain permission before submitting someone else’s information.

03

Purposes and service providers

Charts are calculated in the browser. AI readings send necessary chart structure and related reading requests through our Cloudflare backend to the Volcengine Ark AI API. Avoid identifying information in free text. City searches send search terms to a location lookup service. Cloudflare hosts the site and API and supplies Turnstile security verification; it may process IP addresses, browser and request information. Providers process data under their own terms; processing may occur outside your region.

04

Payments and support

Paid purchases are not open yet. Planned checkout is through Creem, which will process payment, billing and tax information. The site will receive order and transaction status needed to provide access. We do not ask you to submit full payment-card details directly to this website. Support enquiries include your email, message and any necessary order information so we can respond.

05

Storage and retention

Clear local records through your browser’s site-data settings; deletion may be irreversible. The server processes AI requests and temporary verification and rate-limit state. Hosting, AI and payment providers may retain technical or transaction records under their policies. We do not promise zero retention or no training by third parties. Support correspondence is kept for resolving enquiries, disputes and applicable record obligations, and deleted when no longer needed.

06

Choices and requests

You may stop using AI, clear local browser data, or email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of data we control. Necessary identity or order verification may be required. Records required by law or for disputes may be retained. We cannot remotely erase local data from your device. Requests about payment records may require contacting Creem.

07

Security and changes

Use authorized devices and take care on shared devices. We take reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. We will update this policy for material processing changes and provide additional notice where required.
